How to access your order…

To access your order go to http://JoeMarshMarketing.com/a and log into your account. You will use your email address and password for access.
This information was sent in a separate email when you placed your order.
If you do not remember your password use the forgotten password option to retrieve your password.
Once inside… go to ‘Account’ then ‘My Purchases’. There you will find a list of all your orders. Click the go link next to your order to be directed to the download page.
If your download link has expired please contact us and we will reset your link so you can download your order. You can contact us through our help desk at: http://JoeMarsh.com/helpdesk

How to open your ZIP folders…

Most orders are packed in a .zip file for easy downloading.
To unpack the file you will need either a program like WinZip or you can also unpack it using Windows built in features.
If you want a copy of WinZip you can download it here: http://www.winzip.com/downwz.htm
WinZip is not a free program, you can either buy it or use the evaluation version. Just so you know I have been using the evaluation version for years.
To use Windows to unpack the file do the following. Right click on the file. Select extract all and then follow the prompts.

How to view PDF documents…

If your order is a PDF (Portable Document File) your computer will have to be able to read this type of file. Most already can but, if not, you can get FREE software to enable you to do so (called Adobe Acrobat Reader) from: http://get.adobe.com/reader/
When you have downloaded the order onto your computer’s desktop (or whatever folder you have saved it in), then simply double-click the file and it should open in Adobe Acrobat Reader.
If it does not automatically open in Adobe Acrobat Reader – then open Adobe Acrobat Reader by clicking “Start” >> “Programs” >> “Adobe Acrobat” >> “Acrobat Reader”.
Once you open the Adobe Acrobat Reader program, click “File” >> “Open” >> then (if you saved the file to your “desktop”) go to your “desktop” and open the file.
This should open the file in Adobe Acrobat Reader.
(If you open the file in Adobe Acrobat Reader and it’s all garbled (or otherwise unreadable), this means you have an old version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. In this case, you’ll need to download an up-dated version of Adobe Acrobat Reader from the link mentioned above.)
Adobe Acrobat Reader comes with an extensive “Help” file – if you have any questions about how to operate the program – please open the Adobe Acrobat Reader program, click “Help”, and make the appropriate selection.

How to view videos…

If your order has videos. To play the videos you will click the files titled titled ’01-ClickToPlay’, 01-Video, or something similar. It is possible that each file could be in a separate folder. The files are labeled in order of play, for example 01-Video, 02-Video, etc. If for some reason your system will not play the videos it will tell you how to do an update so it can play the videos.

If your order contains audios. To play the audios you will need a program that plays .mp3′s. Your system should do this with no problems at all.

What will my credit-card or PayPal Statement say?

The name Joe Marsh or PayPal will appear on your credit card or PayPal statement.

Once you log into your account go to Promote then Links. Find the product you want to promote. Click the Promotion link next to the product you want to promote and retrieve your affiliate link.
At this point promote this link through your chosen methods of promotion.
